To ensure a quality experience, please keep in mind the following recommendations
- Be on time at the pickup location
- We recommend booking your service 48 hours before your required time. Need it sooner? Contact us for Rush Service
- After 30 minutes beyond the stipulated travel time, you will be charged for the full hour.
- To maintain our vehicles’ quality, please keep them clean during your journey (additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary)
- If you wish to smoke inside the vehicle, an additional charge will apply

Yes, you can pay for the reservation with credit or debit cards. To reserve any date, we always require a specific deposit amount depending on the service requested.
For service reservations, we also accept payments through Yappy platform, bank transfers, checks, and cash
To pay for your reservation via bank transfer, please select this payment method during checkout. Our team will contact you promptly with the secure banking details and instructions to complete your payment.
Important: Once you make the transfer, please send us confirmation of the payment. Your reservation will be confirmed after we verify the transaction (this may take up to 48 hours depending on the bank).
You can cancel your selected service date up to 48 hours in advance (this may vary depending on the service type).
After this period, you can reschedule to a different date without additional charges. Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service date.”
You can modify your service date at no extra cost if the change is requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. This flexibility allows you to adjust your plans while maintaining your reservation.
We provide a full refund if cancelled up to 3 days before the service date (in cases where rescheduling is not possible or we have no availability).
Refund processing time: Up to 15 business days.”
